Terms of Service

Since iCommunity.TV is still in its infancy, we intend to start with a very loose Terms of Service statement and add to it on a as-needed basis.

Considering the real-time nature of iCommunity.TV, it is impossible to review submissions as they happen or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that while we do actively monitor the contents of iCommunity.TV, we are not responsible for any news clips posted.

We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any news clip, and are not responsible for their contents. Any user who feels that a posted news clip is objectionable is encouraged to flag an item inappropriate (link underneath the post) or contact a staff member by e-mail. We have the ability and right to remove objectionable and inappropriate news clips and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

Individuals contributing to iCommunity.TV remain solely responsible for the content of their messages, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of iCommunity.TV and their partners with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your news clip(s).

We do not allow registrations from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years old you are invited to view news clips, however we are not able to offer you the right to post content.

By registering and submitting news clips to iCommunity.TV you agree to abide by the platform rules, both stated and unstated.

Code Of Conduct

In the interest of creating an environment that encourages active posting by both new and long-term users, we have put a "Code of Conduct" in place that all posters must adhere to:

• You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use iCommunity.TV to post any news clips which are knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, rude, disrespectful, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.
• You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you.
• Advertisements of any type and solicitations are not permitted.
• Hi-jacking will not be tolerated. All posters must respect the rights of other users to post questions, comments and ideas that do not agree with their own. Please keep your comments "on topic" i.e. relevant to the subject(s) of the news clip.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to maintaining your privacy and will not display your e-mail address online or use your contact information for any unspecified purposes. We may e-mail you periodically to update you about changes and new features.
